What does the warranty cover?

All Savior Heat products and battery accessories come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Product malfunctions under normal use
Please note that this warranty applies only to orders placed on the official Savior Heat website.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
▪ Normal wear and tear (such as fabric, zippers, or accessories)
▪ Misuse or improper use of the product
▪ Failure to follow care or washing instructions
▪ Water damage, flooding, or fire
▪ Unauthorized repairs or modifications
▪ Negligence or accidental damage
▪ Commercial or professional use
Additionally, any unauthorized modifications or personal customizations (such as embroidery, cutting, or alterations) will void the warranty.
SAVIOR HEAT is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from product use.

Do any products include an extended warranty?

To activate an extended warranty, customers must complete registration by following the instructions provided in the product manual included in the package.
If registration is not completed, only the standard warranty period will apply.
For products purchased through third-party platforms (such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Home Depot, or other authorized retailers), please contact the original seller directly for warranty support.

What will Savior Heat do if there is a defect?

During the warranty period, if a defect in materials or workmanship is confirmed, Savior Heat will, at its discretion, provide an appropriate solution.

Solutions will be provided in accordance with our warranty policy.

Please note:

▪ Replaced products or parts become the property of Savior Heat and will not be returned
▪ After the warranty period expires, any service or related costs will be the responsibility of the customer
▪ The warranty is non-transferable and will be void if the product is resold or transferred 

Which items are not eligible for warranty service?

Savior Heat will not repair or replace:
▪ Products sold “as is” or with disclosed defects
▪ Consumable parts (such as batteries or fuses)
▪ Products with removed or altered serial numbers
