Why is my product not heating?

If your product is not heating, please check the following:
▪ Make sure the battery is fully charged
▪ Ensure the battery is properly connected
▪ Try switching the batteries between the left and right gloves to see if the issue moves
▪ Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn it on
If the issue continues, please contact our support team.

Why does the heating stop after a few minutes?

This may happen if:
▪ The battery is low or not fully charged
▪ The battery connection is loose
Please fully charge the battery and reconnect it before using the product again.

Why is my battery not charging?

Please check the following:
▪ The charger is properly plugged in
▪ The battery is correctly inserted into the charger
▪ The charging indicator light is on
If the indicator light does not turn on, try using a different power outlet.

Why is the heating too weak?

Heating performance may vary depending on:
Battery level — Make sure the battery is fully charged before use
Ambient temperature — Extremely cold environments can reduce battery efficiency and heating output
Layering — Thick layers between the heating elements and your skin can reduce the heat you feel

Why does the battery drain so fast?

Battery life may vary depending on:
▪ Heat level used
▪ Outside temperature
▪ Battery condition
Using high heat in very cold weather may reduce runtime.

Why is the power button not working?

Please check the following:
▪ The battery is properly connected
▪ The battery has sufficient charge
Then press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn on the heating.
