What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

▪ We may update it before shipment
▪ After shipping, changes are usually not possible
▪ You may need to contact the carrier directly

What should I do if my package is delayed?

Please check your tracking information first.

Delays may be caused by:

▪ Holidays
▪ Customs
▪ Carrier issues

If you still need help, please contact our support team.

Why is my tracking information not updating?

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.
This does not mean your package hasn’t been shipped.

What should I do if my package shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
▪ Check with neighbors
▪ Contact your local delivery office
▪ Reach out to the carrier

What should I do if my package is lost in transit?

If your package appears to be lost:

▪ Contact the carrier first
▪ Then contact our support team

We will assist where possible.

What happens if my package is returned as undeliverable?

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
▪ Please provide the correct address
▪ Reshipping may require additional shipping fees
